French doors lead out of the kitchen to a sheltered patio area complete with garden table and chairs. This is your own outdoor space and you are welcome to explore the rest of the garden which has been left fairly natural to accommodate the resident wildlife.
You have use of the old tennis court in the garden, put in by the previous owner Harold (Harry) Lee who played in the Davis Cup British doubles team with Bunny Austin, Pat Hughes and Fred Perry, winning the competition in July 1933. Two tennis rackets (beginner level) with a tube of tennis balls are provided or feel free to bring your own equipment if you play at home.
You have your own undercover car port, alongside your property.
